Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There's nothing to like one of the worst academy in terms of ethical behavior

Dislikes

No one should join this they don't pay salary on time mine 3 months salary is pending yet even though I left job in 2021. They don't care about you just take lectures and don't ask salary of you ask for it they'll simply ignore you or stop taking call one of the worst academy with fake results

Very pathetic. The owner ASHISH PARIKH will show u big dreams in the beginning. Will ask u to prove yourself by showing that he is giving u a big opportunity, and will refuse to pay once u complete the batch.

Everything about working here is not good. That's can be seen by the number of teachers that leave the organisation every year. I worked here for hardly 10 months. And I was the 11th teachers to quit in those 10 months.
