My team members are the best, they support and help you no matter the situation. But this also seems to be discouraged indirectly in the company by introducing very steep targets.

Dislikes

Work culture is bad. Does not recognise your achievements. Very strict with work hours even though work assignment and evaluation is done on task basis. Very bad WFH policies. Originally was dream place to work at but quickly spiralled into toxic work environment with toxic management.
