Managers will be so dumb and they really don’t brother what is happening they will act like puppets and worst part is that variable pay they won’t pay us .They will tell you stories and really find out the reasons to deduct your amount .Reporting managers will be in other locations and when they will visit they don’t even bother to spend time with teammates .Seriously very pathetic company please don’t join and spoil your life

- Terrible org structure, multiple overlapping roles, leading to lots of redundancies & layoffs - Multiple stakeholders to manage a single unit. They recently mentioned about streamlining the org structure, & for each department they came up with global and regional leaders, which made things even worse. Lol! - Very bad financial planning. Even though they have lots of funds, they don't know what to prioritise, and how to best use them - After having been 15 years in the industry, still struggling to build a product that can compete in the market - No clarity of roles - Poor clientele - They have recently closed down all Asia operations, except India, so not many projects - With regards to work, no satisfaction - Have worked with several MNCs, early and mid sized startups, never seen an org this messed up - Hopefully, never have to go back there

Opportunity to become a great organization, working in Uniphore you learn a lot about conversational AI, Generative AI and technical architecture and I believe the learning opportunity is endless one of the things I like. I found the management supportive as well. Flexible working hours is good for my role. Global projects exposure. Organization Pays well.

Product needs improvement and I'm not talking about aquisitions, core product needs to be top notch. Regular layoffs 3-4 layoffs per year for the last 2 year. I would like organization being empathetic, I did not found that to be the case from the CEO. No clear idea about where we are a company, I would like more transparency with revenue, how much runway is left and I would also like to be given a clear explanation when layoffs happen in the org. Uniphore is a company that needs strict hybrid or 5 day working from office, other wise why would you even rent a place and have a cost on your head. People need to be at work regularly, you guys are a startup not google. Uniphore also needs to run like a startup and not like a multi-billion dollar company (Save money and not spend like crazy, also people need to be at work for a startup, founder needs to understand this in my opinion) Effective product and having a good business is better that being crazy about getting listed. Kaabil bano, kamiyabi mill jayegi. Product bandiya banao, business aayega. There is still time or I'm afraid all the invested money will get wasted. I really want Uniphore to succeed.

No pros working with Uniphore. Totally egoistic people. No one is gonna help you to understand the process.

Dislikes

Worst HR, never respond you. Zero job security. Very unstable business model. Lots of politics happened. Manager is very poor in people management, he does the favouritism and biased decisions irrespective of checking the fact. Never recommended to join this organisation.

Not much except the pantry.

Dislikes

You will have to deal with internal politics more than your work. A group of 4 or 5 who works for long years are bringing down the organisation otherwise it would be a good company based on its vison. Zero job security. Almost 100+ were sent out in last 1 year which is 15% of workforce.
