Not much to learn. You can get an idea about market research, especially primary research. Do not offer much in terms of learnings if in the research department. Sandwich leave policy.

No work flexibility, apart from this there is a lot of politics in team. The work culture is not good, they provide u a school type environment where your variable is deducted if they find you using phones. The activities are done just for company's advertisements on LinkedIn. There are no sick or casual leaves. No growth, nothing to learn. They hire you in the name of rotational shift but once you are shifted in US shift then for about 9-10 mnths u r kept in the same shift without any night allowance.

There's nothing to like about this company, although some managers are good.

... can't learn or develop your skills here. I have learnt nothing in above 1 year. Very cheap company to work for, if something happens to your PC, you will have to pay fine for it and the HR and Admin team waits relentlessly to cut your pay.

Their compensation structure and employee benefits schemes are good and satisfactory. Further majority of the employees are around 30 years of age so you tend to interact with lot of young crowd. Moreover they will provide you 2 side office cabs which is a plus

Unnecessary office politics and lack of IT infrastructure

Internal growth opportunities, good pay-scale and great work culture Additionally, having a supportive manager who values suggestions & implements them accordingly enhance the work environment.
