Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I have been given Work From Home option from Day the Covid19 Pandemic outburst started. I was given a high configured laptop so that I can work from home and Meetings are held regularly to keep us updated what is happening within the company and within the organization. When Company outside are firing their employees during this COVID19 situation whereas UNIFYTECH inspite of firing the employees they are Hiring new employees and creating a great oppertunity for those who lost their Jobs during this Pandemic situation. UNIFYTECH handled this situation very aggressively and set an example how to handle an organization during sensitive period.
