Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I have been given Work From Home option from Day the Covid19 Pandemic outburst started. I was given a high configured laptop so that I can work from home and Meetings are held regularly to keep us updated what is happening within the company and within the organization. When Company outside are firing their employees during this COVID19 situation whereas UNIFYTECH inspite of firing the employees they are Hiring new employees and creating a great oppertunity for those who lost their Jobs during this Pandemic situation. UNIFYTECH handled this situation very aggressively and set an example how to handle an organization during sensitive period.
