...o which i dint know a 3rd party payroll co. and also its management is terrible. They dont provide good salary no reimbursement. I would never recommend anyone to join this co.

There is no management in this co. They never listen to anyone’s problem. There HR/ finance dept is a mess, without any reason they deduct salary and once u point out why the deducted, they take months to reimburse that part. They dont have any good co. in there network or if have, they keep on getting there contract dismiss. No one picks up call in any of the dept. but only answers after 2-3 follow ups. At the time of hiring they manipulate candidate mind and later dont provide them facilities.

It is a good house keeping company in India... Better service provide in house keeping... But it's MEP facility is not good..as like house keeping....

MEP technical employees not satisfied it's services provided.... Salary issue problem is the main reason for unsatisfied of employees..

Very good working environment in regional offices. Lot of opportunities are there to grow. Company introduces new products other than telecom products and in expansion mode with regards to product verticals.

Dislikes

Training to non-sales employees, politics are like all other corporate companies, no-specific plans for appraisal. HR department is 100% dependent on key management team.
