Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This is start up company. Start up means you came to know heavy pressure of work and need to work in every domain. You should multi skill person. About learning new skills good, you can get full exposure of complete project in and out.

about salary an hikes. The salary will credited as a EMI means in installment wise. I never got full salary not even for single through out worked year. They deducted PF amount, But they didn't given PF number to anyone. And regarding Final settlement Its too worst situation. Don't imagine that one at all.....
