Umargaon plant feedback- -Excessive Politics in the Umargaon plant -HR dept is biased and work as informer only (no developmental approach) -Only relatives /know local people are eligible for appreciations/credits/increments -Dictatorship senior management (COO ) -No job security for outside members(only local know to HR are secured) -Good place for retired people (Like in Maint and other Dept) you can continue your tenure only based on your informer skill if know to COO or other Sr HR members. -Hire and fire policy ,employees declared redundant in very much unprofessional way so that one's career might be spoiled. -Unprofessional old people in HR & Admin dept (non competent) enjoy and leg pulling others -Integrity issues. Not recommended for others if having a job in hand
