Umargaon plant feedback- -Excessive Politics in the Umargaon plant -HR dept is biased and work as informer only (no developmental approach) -Only relatives /know local people are eligible for appreciations/credits/increments -Dictatorship senior management (COO ) -No job security for outside members(only local know to HR are secured) -Good place for retired people (Like in Maint and other Dept) you can continue your tenure only based on your informer skill if know to COO or other Sr HR members. -Hire and fire policy ,employees declared redundant in very much unprofessional way so that one's career might be spoiled. -Unprofessional old people in HR & Admin dept (non competent) enjoy and leg pulling others -Integrity issues. Not recommended for others if having a job in hand...Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
