not supportive, 50% staff asked for unpaid leave, sales team under pressure and on target based salary 20-25% only. Backend always in safe zone. No respect for frontline sale team who work hard day and night to generate revenue.

High level of politics among management, so the employee feels very negative culture to give his best. you can be fired anytime just because of personal likes and dislikes of management.

I have been working at Unicorn DenMart for almost five years now, and it has been an incredible journey. I have seen myself grow both personally & professionally, achieving milestones that i once thought were beyond my reach. I have learned so much, especially through challenging projects that pushed me to develop new skills. I take great pride in being part of such a successful organization and it has inspired me to set even higher career aspirations. Looking ahead, I am exited about the future and the opportunities that awaits as i continue my journey here.

I am working with this company from last 2yrs. I didn't see this type of positivity in corporate sector before. Everyone here is commendable specially our company's owner Shammi sir. Top Level Management is very approachable. We can directly share our problems to them. Mukesh sir is the person with pure heart (beauty with brain) and sanjeev sir is gem. Anyone can join this company before thinking even once.
