As we discussed on the day of my interview, that my Pick and Drop will be arranged by the company from my home location. But pick and drop location is changed by the company from my home to nearby my residence that was okay to me but the first day of my Job (5/10/23) Company again changed my pick and drop location to 200 Feet Bypass (Jaipur). That is too far from my place it almost 6.5 kms. It is very difficult for me to reach there for pick and coming back home at the time of drop. I Joiner the company, because you assure me the pick and drop will be from my residence. Then it gets sudden change on the first day of my Work. I am the very first female employee to this company because of my safety concern I had talked to HR that my Pick and drop location arranged from nearby location of my residence but he said these all are nonsense things female are more powerful then a men company viechle drop timing is around 7pm on 200ft location which is very far from my home location because all of my safety and no action taken by company I left it .so I suggested to all female don't joined this company.
