It is a well known company and it's culture is very good. I have a small family and we work together. We can help each other for our need. Environment is very good and no restriction to learn new device.

Still now I don't find anything about Unichem for dislike except it's salary package.

Get to leave the office on time, no overtime

...10 years. No flexibility is provided for punch in and punch out. 6 days working. Even if you are 1 min late, they cut half day from your salary. Canteen food is really bad, They cook rice in soda.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive ande the management is transparent

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and you will be not a part of company after one year i.e trainee period complete.
