...EF helps in challenging you as an individual to be a better version of yourself. They offer good salary and you get the chance to travel to different communities and interact with different people most especially in the health sector that I worked.

Dislikes

Sometimes field trip/work can be very exhausting especially in outreach programs with alot of traveling.

Salary is good. Depends sometime on team leadership also

No HR policy for consultant They hesitate to call their staff as employee. They call as contractor or supplier So much protocol like typical government

...no matter how many efforts you are putting and how good your work results are. if you feel this job is not something you can do, they gives you a lollipop of money you can earn and once they feel you are not a good begger they will ask you to leave the job so that they don't need to pay you your salary. this is just a teaser i can write a novel about them.

...mazing. everything is really good best thing is work environment so so so good . Teammates are really supportive and good salary hike and incentives.

Dislikes

... no matter what your Postion is if u are a manger then also u have to fundraise. So what i found there is no growth in terms of work , salary will increase definetly you have to do mangers work also but u have to fundraise also.

1/ There is no job security 2/ Salary is lower compare to work.
