Job Security.problem. You will not be sure if your work status will continue or not even having fixed term position. that is why I am also currently looking for a job because my contract is currently ending.

No HR policy for consultant They hesitate to call their staff as employee. They call as contractor or supplier So much protocol like typical government

...no matter how many efforts you are putting and how good your work results are. if you feel this job is not something you can do, they gives you a lollipop of money you can earn and once they feel you are not a good begger they will ask you to leave the job so that they don't need to pay you your salary. this is just a teaser i can write a novel about them.

... no matter what your Postion is if u are a manger then also u have to fundraise. So what i found there is no growth in terms of work , salary will increase definetly you have to do mangers work also but u have to fundraise also.
