Nothing actually. Everything is disappointing in the organisation.

Everything. They will make you work to the core and won’t credit your monthly salary on time ( min wait time 2-3 months). I had to quit because of that. Basically they’ll trap the freshers by taking up the mock interviews and talk out to join them by paying money to complete their training course and project.

Likes

I like the way they make employees work. This is a start-up Company with 5 to 6 HR 's and I'm amongst them and part of recruitment process who employed almost 150. Over all it was good working there and got to learn a lot as I'm a fresher where I started my career there.

They don't pay the salary in time

I was from typical filed sales, working here in sales seems to be challenging, team play and learning. This is the place you can improve your sales skill set.

Nothing in particular area of my concern is appraisal part.

I am not liking any thing in Unicsol .It is the wrost company in the earth.

This company asking 60000 money at the joining time. Paid candidates only this company taking and giving Offer letter.It is the not recommended company to work.

Even during pandamic situation the firm is very supportive in regard of time management and scheduled everything as task based and based on requirements of situation. Payment has 15% deduction from gross pay but till the management is trying hard to manage the the financial crisis occurred due to covid Looking forward to see career growth in this organisation
