Worst about cleanliness, hygiene in canteen, working PC'S and machines r very old and pathetic. HR mostly has no work to do other than finding new resources as the old ones run away very fast.
Well 1st of all you get a good exposure to the big market if you are a fresher, its one of the best company to start with ,you have to travel a lot if you are into marketing , training is good , salary appraisals to the new comers are fine, as if it was my first company working culture is like an MNC , Just make sure you mind your own Business .
Appraisals & growth after 1 or two year is quite low (salary inc. is gradual) like max to max 10-15% , there are still certain employees who are working since more than 6-7 years so stability is not a problem here but , if some one wants to grow and learn more , better to leave after 2 years .
The most I like about organization is very good Organization Culture. Organization focus on People development. Right from the Top Management everyone is keen on People Development and giving good environment for working.
Defined job roles and DOA are good. Lots of new things to learn and implement.

Unclean and very less sitting space. 6 days work culture which becomes very hectic. Poor Planning team. Management needs to consider efforts of supporting teams and try giving timely appreciations. Company looses talent as they cannot retain their employees. Infrastructure is very worst. Internet does not work. ERP backend team is very slow. There is no IT team in the company. They still use old processors and 2 GB rams on their systems, not even excel works well on those. Office does not have Vodafone network and we need to take calls on cell phones leaving our desk and going out of the office to catch network everytime. Canteen is not hygienic. There have been instances when office bus driver was caught taking naps while dropping employees to office. Also there was a brake fail incidence which was ignored and neglected when told to the HR saying bus is not included in office policies.
Overall there is no proper system orientation. For every machining item, we have to beg for drawing to the design department as if it is only the sole responsibility of Purchase to complete the monthly planned orders.
Hence, there are administrative issues, infrastructure issues, no HR interaction. etc.
Think many times before joining the organisation!
