Managers way of motivation is that we will fire you. No good tech guyz left in this company. They will switch your tech stack and team randomly and if you say no fired in that moment itself. Joining bonus - never take this. This will ruin your life

Base pay was good for fresher but no benefits at all.

Terrible company, no culture, no future, no vision. No growth. No career advise. They just shuffle you around teams at their whim. Excruciatingly stupid - DU type people are running the show there in the CTO office, calling themselves project managers. These are the people who haven't ever seen the paper of a competitive exam.

0 work life balance. They terminate people who work hard. In offer letter they mention 5 days working, but they make us work on Saturdays, that too without pay. Overall pathetic work culture

Salary is Decent, can earn some incentives as well. Friendly nature among colleagues makes it easy to collaborate and work on various projects.

Strong dissatisfaction concerning work-life balance, sometimes they ask you to work on weekends, late nights. Appreciated at the time the extra work is done but goes unnoticed during appraisals.

A company that does not respect its employees' hard work and financial rights cannot be trusted. If you are considering working here, be prepared for payment delays and unresponsive HR. There are far better organizations that value integrity, fairness, and transparency.
