job security depends on if we fulfill the norms of the company. about work culture, we can say, Unacademy has introduced a revolution in the online sector of education. Management is very good, supporting..... company Policies are crystal clear, they give prior information about coming changes in their policies.

...we fulfill norms of the company. career growth is there if we work in honesty. The salary system is fantastic, when I was working there, I got my salary on time. I never traveled with unacademy. I never faced any type of Politics ... i have learnt a lot of during Teaching.... work enviroment is very helpful,unacademy always support me and i also. i felt and i can say undoubtlelly that unacademy is vry innovative in her/his Field. specially in using TECH.

Unacademy hire only their known person. They usually looks for successful youtuber. Unacademy running a bussiness not providing education. There has too much nepotism. +2 qualified teaching on unacademy. And master degree holder waiting in queue. No job security. They just focused on their bussiness. Any time unacademy can kicked out our educators.

Fake commitment, low salary and incentive, cheated with educators, deduct TDS more than 10% which is not justifiable.

Unacademy’s Unethical Salary Practices – Beware Before Joining I had a highly disappointing experience with Unacademy. Despite fulfilling all my job responsibilities professionally, the company failed to pay my full salary as per the agreed terms. When I reached out to HR, they either ignored my messages or gave vague excuses, showing a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. A company that does not respect its employees' hard work and financial rights cannot be trusted. If you are considering working here, be prepared for payment delays and unresponsive HR. There are far better organizations that value integrity, fairness, and transparency.

They are the Pay masters. Very aggressive approach. Founders are involved. Startup’s should learn from them. Really aggressive.

No strategy. Always on pilot mode. Highly top to bottom driven company. CEO needs good people to build the company and should be ‘humane’ in approach. Insulting people for your pleasure makes you a small human being.
