Very unstable job due to terrible management decisions. Most of the people in management have no ground knowledge of student's need. They are IIM graduates who just work according to daily targets. There is no working model or vision. They just want to achieve their daily targets of revenues by hook or crook.

• Working hours are flexible. • Policies keep on changing which are framed to reduce the salary of mentors.

Dislikes

• Policies are changed every now and then. • The educators and mentors are expected to work on weekends as well i.e no fixed offs are given in a week although the working hours are flexible. One can open the slots on the platform as per one's own convenience. But the time-table of live doubt sessions doesn't give you flexibility of enjoying weekend. #lateeveningsessions #lowincome #hourlypaid.

...politics. At first I really thanked Unacademy for providing excellent platform. They are really very good, I never faced any salary related problems. and they are really awesome and providing all the benefits that I never gets my previous company. so according to me this is an excellent platform for educators. And as a mother I really thankful to unacademy because they provided me an excellent balanced work time. I am really satisfied for their good work. Keep it up and specially thankful for being my popularity among students.

No job security. No fixed pay. They pa according to how much time you spent teaching. They do not pay us for the effort we educators put while preparing for the classes.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is Fixed There is no bond . On the job training is not given to new joinees.
