I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Here you will get to polish your skills and learn basics well.

Dislikes

The work culture here is terrible with no work discipline. Management is poor. Seniors over rule juniors in a way not only related to work but also interferes with their personal chores. This however can affect anyones mental health.

Worst management I have ever seen, no job security, no increment hike, no proper system, even workers are getting better treatment than staff.

Good work invironment is good. Teammates are supportive. Appraisals system based on PMS evaluation technique and it is good. SAP, PMS and lean management system is implemented here. Job gauranttee for worker.

M D do trust on managers. He involve in every work at bottom level and take credits of all success and throw the responsibility of failures on managers. No job gauranttee here for managers. M D is direct connecting to worker due to which managers have not achieve proper value from workers
