...hem. Staff is not allowed to use four Wheeler parking (specially in NEXA unit ). Unnecessary deduction in salary even on full month present, you will be forced to do other's job along with your own. Incentives are not paid where it reaches more than 15k. or paid after 4 to 6 months later with unnecessary deductions. Conclusion is if you have no family to feed.... If you dont need money u would be the best employee.

It is an opportunity to work for Uma Motors, Working environment is good, like our family extended to work place. Specially our Chairman Sir 'Shri Pavan Chaturvedi' has very compassionating nature, calm & peaceful attitude. We do have issues at work place but He is giving us guidance, counselling to come out from such insignificant things and focus on bright future.

Dislikes

...ngs: 1. Tea service for employees is very poor, always late and tasteless. 2. Salary levels needs to be improved, 3. HR department should work independently and as a bridge between management and employees, rather than just passing on management orders and making excuse, "what HRD can do".
