I learned only politics. There is no appraisal. Bad environment. No career growth.

Very bad management and there is no respect for women employees by the company and their serior management , especially director of the Mumbai office Abhijit Gajanan Prabhudesai. He does not know about his job profile, actually he does say many times, I don't know how did I get this position in the Ulysses systems. Team leader Siddharth Dinesh kokate is very bad person in the world. He always/anytime wanted to do his personal benefits ..like torture and harass to female employees and the owner of ulysses systems Dimitris Liras supported him always. Bad bad bad bad bad management and company . There are too much politics in ulysses systems . It is a shipping software Greece based company.

I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
