HR Team is WORST in UltraTech, The only people can help you and make you survive are your managers and their managers, HR Policies are good, but HR Team is not at all good, They will never come to you and ask you about your professional life, they will never come and see if you are happy working and if you are loving the work you are doing or not, My experience was WORST, I don't even know the hierarchy of the HR Department and there is no inductions on HR Team and they will not explain you anything about policies and the benefits. Apart from HR Team, UltraTech is an amazing company.

... is Engineers choice but even engineers don't really want to work for UltraTech. Compensation is way below the market average. Forget work life balance, you won't even feel the existence of life. Their policies are the worst and Learning is Zero. The leadership is asleep and quite honestly visionless. Office politics is of the highest order and your growth is directly proportional to amount of time you spend with your boss instead of actually working. IYKWIM. Their offices are the worst. Even SBIs offices have better facilities. They can not even provide clean drinking water. Forget transportation and recreational facilities.
