Lot of politics, Huge gap of salary between lower and upper job bands, Many designations in same job bands to make employee fool, You can grow in this company easily if you are from Rajasthan or Gujarat and if you are Baniya then its like "icing on the cake". HR is the puppet of ZH's. The people sitting on the top are giving good rating to their relatives. They are charging huge premium in the name of Medical insurance. No promotion policy, if you want promotion and you are not the part of above category then you will die in same JB.

Excellent work culture and lot many to learn in such a good organisation with great leaders being supportive to guide and groom up the personality.First organisation where i found no offensive languages being used even where one is even underperforming...Will further love to join again for next level in near future.

Dislikes

Retention bonus and policy for employees who are willing to serve the company for long term,but could not stay due to salary hike in next organisation is not adressed.

No personal life Poor Work Culture Autocratic Management Poor Appraisal Despite Good Rating Leaves are only in papers and management does not approve despite emergency Management treats you like slave and wants you to give your sundays and public holiday in company promotional activities If you can butter your boss and management high probability of getting good results despite no work on ground Management thinks thier products are sold by themselves due to thier pooularity and aditya birla and ground team is slave for them

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Worst Company Culture, Only Bragging of the Name Just one thing to Say Naam Bade Darshan Chote There nothing to like about Minimum working hours are 12 to 15 Hrs If you Go at schedule time, it seems like you are going early and have done your duty half. Apart from this the appraisal is very less If want to get promoted just by Hard work It's nearly impossible it will take 5 years just to get promoted if you are lucky enough only then The culture of the company is worst of Kind Lots and lots of Non Value added work is there which will at the end Eat away your Technical knowledge of the subject. There is no respect of an individual, No humanity at all Company Shows that it has rich culture of Health and safety But in reality it's just elephant tooth khaane k kuch aur dikhane k kuch aur. Just visit occupational health centre you will know, you will feel it. From 1st day you will feel that you are under paid or you are just wasting your time.

Salary is less Opportunity of growth is less technical knowledge will detoriate Work life balance is very bad Once you will start working here you will have to Forget your personal well being and family. Lots of responsibility And the company does not have a proper Vision They just want to become big, making the money from its own employees hard work and paying them less and nothing else.
