Unofficially ask RMC employee to work 12 14 hours a day specially in South zone of Gujarat. If any one reading this from that zone he knows me Or heard about me because I fought for the timing and now my colleague future colleague life will balance and they'll enjoy the 8 hours life. After that i was harassed by higher authority and i have to resign from my position.

Employee open to take initiatives....Salary credit on every 30th of Month, Highest Conveyance Paying company Rs 13/- per Km for 4 wheel.

Its elevate Junior employee with minimum pay on the name of Promotion...Ultra tech diverts its focus from Cement to BPD and U.Tec...Even people paid from pockets in U.Tec services.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...g at Balaji Cement Works. it is one of the plant of Ultratech cements limited. In this plant no work balance, no proper timings, no work satisfaction, no benefits, low salary and no recognition for your hard work. You have to work continuously like a machine and no one bother about you if you work continuously for more than enough time. There is no proper food and accommodation.

Nothing to like in this plant. I heard that except this unit remaining all ultratech units are good
