Salary is not upto mark as compare to other company for same year of experience. For promotion you always have to change location after every 2 years which is not easy once childern grown up.

Salary is not enough no carrieer growth. There is a lot of politics nobody work properly. Onrole officer treat like a labour.No working time table. Every time they are continually calls.

Worst Company Culture, Only Bragging of the Name Just one thing to Say Naam Bade Darshan Chote There nothing to like about Minimum working hours are 12 to 15 Hrs If you Go at schedule time, it seems like you are going early and have done your duty half. Apart from this the appraisal is very less If want to get promoted just by Hard work It's nearly impossible it will take 5 years just to get promoted if you are lucky enough only then The culture of the company is worst of Kind Lots and lots of Non Value added work is there which will at the end Eat away your Technical knowledge of the subject. There is no respect of an individual, No humanity at all Company Shows that it has rich culture of Health and safety But in reality it's just elephant tooth khaane k kuch aur dikhane k kuch aur. Just visit occupational health centre you will know, you will feel it. From 1st day you will feel that you are under paid or you are just wasting your time.

Pay revision pending more than 15 years. At the same designation huge difference of payment. No incentive scheme. Excess work load on engineers. Too much advertisement rather than focusing on plant issues. advertising

People are in same place and same position for 5-10 years. Regional level management is very poor, they are no man of word, speak different do different.
