Unofficially ask RMC employee to work 12 14 hours a day specially in South zone of Gujarat. If any one reading this from that zone he knows me Or heard about me because I fought for the timing and now my colleague future colleague life will balance and they'll enjoy the 8 hours life. After that i was harassed by higher authority and i have to resign from my position.

...ance 9. Site engineers are made to work 24-30 hrs non stop without reliever 10. Partiality in salary structure. Freshers get paid well and Experience person gets salary less than freshers package.

salary provide by company is good. cement plant are better than RMC plant in cement ind. they provide all facility

in RMC plant they are not give weekoff leave & overtime & canteen travelling facility also not provide. there was not fix time work like a cement plant, early morning to late night any time they call for duty

...gement is transparet. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.c company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bound ever year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am not a company pay rol but i love the fact that i am a part of a team that market reliable high quality product and has a global client base. Thanks

... i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. But salary is very low just because i am not pay rol by Ultratech cement
