Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No, company not support me and other employees, company end our on the when lockdown start and then our job end.

Company not give any government benefit to the employees like leave,gratuity,bonus and as on company not give full and final to the resigned employees. And he is make froud in government liabilities like taxes,gst,income tax etc

Company Product future is very bright due to electricity demand in all over Indin is very big.

Dislikes

We are seeing the many types of work in the Company like Production, Store Inventory, Material Packing and Loading also arrange the locally material procurement. So I am not seeing our personal life and Child. So we replace the Job.
