The Ceo of the company is very nice and lovely working for him he listens to you patiently (ULLU99)

Dislikes

the HOD and the former director was not aware only how to run the ecommerce company i feel very bad for the CEO and they have removed employees who were talented. (ULLU99)

Nothing. Made a mistake joining this company.

Dislikes

The CEO works from 4pm to 4am and expects people to work along with him even if anyone has completed their duty hours. Employees have to ask for permission to leave even after completing their shifts. Often the request to leave gets rejected and you have to wait till midnight. Proper babu culture. For meeting The CEO and VP of the company you have to wait long hours and stand besides their cabin. The management is more interested in Housekeeping staff than their employees. Milk and water are most important and all staff has to keep a track of it.
