... people, who thinks and treat people like they are in industrial revolution era. No fixed date for salary, 101% you will not get paid before 5th and for past few months it’s 10th and 12th they are paying employees. Salary Increment: Don’t even dream of it, as long as you are not sitting and ‘buttering ceo and his gang !!! Typical mallus . How hard you work doesn’t matter for them as long as you do the above you will not get any additional penny !! Working hours: While in normal 9 hrs timings people used to work 10-12 hours, and now they had officially increased the working hours from 9 to 10 hrs a day including 1 hr break. Job security : Negatieve, you can get fired any time. New management don’t want talents, they are looking for key dolls which will only do according to their wishes and never think or act on theirs own. And not the least if you want a secured place here you need to be some relative to anyone from new management, so that they will protect you even if you are in bench ! Worst place to work on with the current management! Think 1000 times before joining.

it is a subsidiary of Ulcss which is the biggest cooperative society. there are some quite good projects. but in certain department there are no other projects to employees are sitting ideal. work pressure is less management is very bad they don't know how to utilise the employee. senior leadership that politics

Dislikes

No work satisfaction. Internal politics. No planning and all. No salary hike. Imparting pressure to developers. No appraisal and professional growth. Salary is not given at proper times and exists the salary cut also. Mangers are fail to manage and always give pressure and blame. Exploiting the legacy of its parent organization. Using old project structures.
