There is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

UKB Electronics is work with using Kaizen and adopt new technology, there is more chance to learn and improve skill and technical knowledge.

Work pressure is very high, working hours is more than 9 hours continuously and compensation and benefits is not good
