Many services employment to lead promotion but some new join employer to salary was good but lod employees salary was poor... Only known manager level not ground level

Salary on 25th. Employment engagement is very good.

Dislikes

Work on holiday sales team & branch team 2nd & 4th saturday. No comp off. Comp off is credited in your leave balance but supervisor above BM role is not provided. 10 days mandatory leave provide by supervisor above if providing then only 5 to 6days. Work & life balance is very disappointed.

Growing bank.Getting Salary and incentives on time .Good Health insurance and other employee benefit are provided by bank.

Family and work life balance are difficult to manage as we have to work 2nd and 4th Saturday also .

It is good place to work.Like career growth was excellent for me and also salary and apprisal.I enjoyed when i do my job bcz its a very friendly environment for working.I want to yold also my learning.development is growing day by day.Thanku ujjivan for giving me opportunity to work with u.

MAnager do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of time.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
