... policy is so strong and one can grow his career in a very short period of time.salary will be Depanding on your present salary structure. appraisal will held on 2 times in a year and it is Depand on your productivity. working culture is very nice.overall it a good and safe platform to work with the brand of Ujjivan small Finance Bank.

If you are knowing person of skip lavel manager then only you r the good staff and in hr team decide and sent me the worning mail with out proper judge if you are not knowing person hr not want to lessen your point. Perciality 100% working on it

Full partiality going on outbound team and also IJP who are in local that time manager will help you to get a IJP and if you are out side than they did not give good rating if not get good rating than you did not get any increment if what ever do hard work also so if you think to join corp Office PBO dont join outbound
