In this situation ujjivan provides salary for all employees that was truly appreciated. some employees put paper for search another job but this time they can't get offer company only support those peoples but bad response from company side.that was too bad I think so

Salary on 25th. Employment engagement is very good.

Work on holiday sales team & branch team 2nd & 4th saturday. No comp off. Comp off is credited in your leave balance but supervisor above BM role is not provided. 10 days mandatory leave provide by supervisor above if providing then only 5 to 6days. Work & life balance is very disappointed.

Growing bank.Getting Salary and incentives on time .Good Health insurance and other employee benefit are provided by bank.

Family and work life balance are difficult to manage as we have to work 2nd and 4th Saturday also .

Specially the salary structure is very poor,and the another thing is ,the duty time , this is the only bank I found in my little career where most of the holiday treat as a normal working days. so is no possibility in working Ujjivan Bank.

Your branches need, There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees......
