Salary for new joining (CRO FIO ) salary is low In the Promotion level higher supervisor will groupism. in this case we can't get new opportunity in ijp level. Only one person take interview Before HR. Department head and vigilance also taken interviews Company culture is good but not follow the supervisors

Timing is good balance , and salary credit on time .

Ujjivan not giving salary as per designation slab , HR department not at any end to employee , bank need only work they not give reward and park as per they took work from employee.

Will do a great for the bank and will try to get maximum growth of the bank and its incentive

There is a lot politics and tye management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow

The Organization is good enough in terms of working environment & adopt latest technology always.

Compensation is quite decent but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high & sometimes I have to work more than 12 hours.

It was a great journey with ujjivan family.If i talked about Temates,salary,Training Career growth,Learning than all was fantastic.Really its a great org.
