The salary increment according to experience in poor as well bonus policy also furthermore they not provide acommodation

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade fir chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal ate fair and they give good salary hike and bonus

You won’t get your salary for months together. On receiving the salary, you get surprised by deductions not mentioned anywhere in the agreement. On asking for your own salary, you are asked to leave the job if not interested in working under same circumstances.

always shortage of nursing staff,GDA staff,surgical nurses, and rmo, getting salary of nurses so leave about nurses wht they will be getting. purposefully keeping nursing interns and interns doctor and making them work as full fledged nurse and doctor bcz they don't have to pay money to them and M.O of this hospital is very resist always discriminates the pts, doctor and pts according to there religions..

Nothing.. it's a hopeless place.. please dont work here.. they hold the salary .. salary is late by 4 months.... bad office politics is in cygnus hospital Panipat. PLEASE DONT JOIN.
