Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade fir chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal ate fair and they give good salary hike and bonus

Relaxed job. A comfortable one.

Dislikes

You won’t get your salary for months together. On receiving the salary, you get surprised by deductions not mentioned anywhere in the agreement. On asking for your own salary, you are asked to leave the job if not interested in working under same circumstances.

always shortage of nursing staff,GDA staff,surgical nurses, and rmo, getting salary of nurses so leave about nurses wht they will be getting. purposefully keeping nursing interns and interns doctor and making them work as full fledged nurse and doctor bcz they don't have to pay money to them and M.O of this hospital is very resist always discriminates the pts, doctor and pts according to there religions..

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
