... is no transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for on chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they no give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No There is a lot of politics and the no management doesn’t address our issues. No good Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company culture. If you are good at doing multiple tasks then all of it will be delegated to you along with your routine job. Don't expect any extra compensation, recognition or appreciation.

...nywhere. I am considering one year tenure with Ujaas as a black days in my life. They are not paying my salary after relieved company with contract notice period. No work life balance in the company, all the top level management are unskilled, impotent and corrupted ruined my career.

For fresher its nice place & but growth is not depend on your ability it matter on your boss satisfaction & Head person view. Job is security is same as all private job.

Salary not as per trends need to scale-up. Every one (head) much focus on costing rather than quality of work, not direct benifit & appreciation for hard working or even also Smart working Employees.
