Promotion is very slow, and they will put pressure on you for learning new things every week along with your project, 40% of you performance is based on what extra you do other than project. With a sudden influx of CXOs in a bid to go public saw a lot of negative energy coming into the company where those leaders proved to be greedy nincompoops who just wanted to milk the company off its cash. The company culture literally took a nose dive with zero Experience to Responsibilities match leading to entire functions get into chaos. People who just wanted to innovate and worked were either booted out to shoved into environments that would force them to leave the company. The once unicorn is being pulled down by egoistic maniacs who don't have even the basic idea of Automation and UiPath culture
