Horrible Culture , Reporting Director had mental issues and over aggressive . I had a decent two years working with this organization. They Basically Hired a Wrong person who ruined my experience. And I left.

Terrible work culture, just focused of sales of license. Promotion is very slow, and they will put pressure on you for learning new things every week along with your project, 40% of you performance is based on what extra you do other than project. Don't join just its a brand name, work culture matters.

...s of travel opportunities. Daniel as CEO is as amazing as a CEO can humanly get. The compensation was easily the best in class. Working on market leading products meant that you were at the centre of innovations

With a sudden influx of CXOs in a bid to go public saw a lot of negative energy coming into the company where those leaders proved to be greedy nincompoops who just wanted to milk the company off its cash. The company culture literally took a nose dive with zero Experience to Responsibilities match leading to entire functions get into chaos. People who just wanted to innovate and worked were either booted out to shoved into environments that would force them to leave the company. The once unicorn is being pulled down by egoistic maniacs who don't have even the basic idea of Automation and UiPath culture

UiPath is a great company to work and good culture, benefits for employees which you may not see in most of the companies great team to support you at all the times with a good work life balance and flexible timings to work.

Dislikes

UiPath is a great company to work, but you never know when your day comes to end if the management decides to nullify your position, that's it you are impacted right then and there itself which is a kinda night mare!!
