There are less growth and learning opportunities, ..... And yes less salary as well as compared to work load and other organization as well..

...ing adhocs can be improved. Also, not many office perks/personal perks provided. The compensation depends on your negogiation skills. Hikes aren't that great.

... 2. Too much micromanagent - even for the smallest of login things are asked. 3. Less salary and appraisal with other market standards. 4. Manager might listen to ur problems but it's just listening from one ear and throwing out from second. 5. High level of company politics within the team. 6. They sometimes make u do weekend as well.
