...s is a difficult task. Ugam treat client like a king and employees like a slave. More deduction from salary towards health insurance and gratuity.

Don't join this company. Your personal life will be questioned. Because you won't get time to spent with your family . The management doesn't care about your health and work life balance anymore.

It is an independent workplace. But compensation is poor for work extracted from employees. Company is losing projects and will be in crisis soon enough.

As said earlier, company wont bother about employees. Sick place to work and hr is the worst of them all. If we report an issue then the accuser becomes the accused and act like it is no big deal. So DO NOT choose this company because this company will be gone for good soon.
