I have joined this company as a Facility Manager in Noida Extension.Interview time HR and Owner told me my salary Rs.35,000/- and offer letter also provide me. After complete one month company give me Rs.25,000/- and offer letter not given me. I have asked hr to related my salary but she told me that I'm not told you that I given you Rs.35,000/-. HR words "U have any proof your salary I give you "Rs.35,000/-". I have told to hr I'm quite your company please give me my offer letter. She didn't respond me. Really this type of company not trusted. If anyone join this company u take risk. Before join this company take offer letter first.This company management not trustworthy (Owner,Hr, Operations,) Why I like this company 😃

To work with this company is a very good decision for me. This company provides a platform to every individuals to perform and prove themselves. If I talk about Job security then I assure that no one will be fired until they have done something terribly wrong. Company's work culture is quite decent and professional without zero politics.
