...e plant parking is under private agencies which charges amount from employees. Employee has to compulsorily take their costly Mediclaim policy and the premium gets deducted from Salary. It takes months to get your AC, system, furniture, etc repaired. Water cooler and RO will only work in winters. They dont give releasing letter during relieving. F&F takes 2 months. Going out of the gate for a minute requires permission from VP and Bussiness Head. Company and your boss will decide when and how much leaves of yours you can take. No coffee facility. Tea is yukk. Stationery is hard to get. Reimbursement for any Travel is unreasonable. Overall you own life will get destroyed due to over loading and unbalanced work life.

No HR policy in the organisation, it’s under desh of HR team. No transparency atal. I must have any god father in organisation then only u may get some growth other wise u will be neglected. U will Not get any support in any pandemic 😷 from HR team or organisation in fact they may ask for resign. No job security atal.

Absolutely disgusting in every way. Top to bottom all are crooks

...d packages. Gas leakages and Chemical Leakages at their plant are daily affair. They deduct your salary in first year if you take leave. They treat Management People and Workers like Trash. Transporters call purchase department people at night as they don’t have space to unload raw material trucks. Average waiting time for truck unloading is 6 days. If any officer highlights unsafe practices he is unceremoniously sacked. HR department is the most Inhuman Department. Central HR department bluffs they have annual pay hike. But pay hikes happen once in 2 years. If people resign they are promised promotion and pay hike. Quietly HR recruits other person. The person who trusted HR and stayed back is sacked. They don’t even give him his dues. If he asks dues he is insulted in most foul language. There are many instances when people are sacked on the security gate and not allowed to enter the chemicals business. Many chemicals are stored in open posing a huge fire hazard. How this chemical factory is being allowed to operate in densely populated area is a big question. If you care for your life don’t work in Uflex Chemicals Business. It is a Bhopal Gas Kaand waiting to happen with serious human casualties.

Its the best company for everyone to work with but sometimes it depends upon person to person.. No company is bad but the people in that organization makes it bad. For me its the best company in all aspects.

Nothing everything is good. Yeah 1 point is there they are keeping high salaried persons with them who are of no use and because of this lower level workers are suffering in getting their good increments 2 percentage system for increments is benificial for higher salary persons only not for those whose salary is below 40k
