Growth is decent. Compensation is average. Work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work for 16 to 20 hrs in a day to attend our internal customers. I got self motivation by getting our clients are satisfied but our seniors never appreciated.

It is good company and about job security is depends on your immediate manager. What is expectations from you and your performance both depends on your job security. From last 4 years March salary is include increment part. Salary is on time every 30th every month.

Salary growth very less.

No job security. They do not give opportunity to ex employees to rejoin. I m intrested to re join. Its a dream organisation to work again under the guidelines of Mr Amitava Ray.

The management staff here is very good, there is full support of seniors. There are many benefits which I cannot describe in my words, thank you.
