Uflex is best company for learning as it is a big multi national organization, and such organization have complex huge data for which they are using ORACLE, which make you expert in handling such huge financial data and drafting MIS from them. I Learned a lot from Uflex about how to professionally work in Accounting & GST to draft the MIS to corporates.

Dislikes

Compensation & benefits are not equivalent to the work which I was performing. Since it operates 6 days a week and I was single handed handling 2 divisions of Uflex i.e. Uflex Converting Division Noida Domestic Sec-60 and Noida Domestic Additional Sec-10.

The security of job is there. Compensation is good.

Poor HR policies and obsolete employ engagement. Management is not well. No employe development activities Plus nil employee facilities. Stict working hours. Six days working

I think, there are very good working environment with career growth. any employee prove our work and want to growth ASAP and increase our salary and get appraisal. i hope that working life is a good in uflex ltd. many employee working from long time, so i can say that job security is well.

...d packages. Gas leakages and Chemical Leakages at their plant are daily affair. They deduct your salary in first year if you take leave. They treat Management People and Workers like Trash. Transporters call purchase department people at night as they don’t have space to unload raw material trucks. Average waiting time for truck unloading is 6 days. If any officer highlights unsafe practices he is unceremoniously sacked. HR department is the most Inhuman Department. Central HR department bluffs they have annual pay hike. But pay hikes happen once in 2 years. If people resign they are promised promotion and pay hike. Quietly HR recruits other person. The person who trusted HR and stayed back is sacked. They don’t even give him his dues. If he asks dues he is insulted in most foul language. There are many instances when people are sacked on the security gate and not allowed to enter the chemicals business. Many chemicals are stored in open posing a huge fire hazard. How this chemical factory is being allowed to operate in densely populated area is a big question. If you care for your life don’t work in Uflex Chemicals Business. It is a Bhopal Gas Kaand waiting to happen with serious human casualties.

Its the best company for everyone to work with but sometimes it depends upon person to person.. No company is bad but the people in that organization makes it bad. For me its the best company in all aspects.

Nothing everything is good. Yeah 1 point is there they are keeping high salaried persons with them who are of no use and because of this lower level workers are suffering in getting their good increments 2 percentage system for increments is benificial for higher salary persons only not for those whose salary is below 40k
