They never pay salaries on time and since the last 1 year, salary has been postponed indefinitely. And if someone resigns, they never pay the full and final amount. No response to the emails sent. The Founder, Co-founder, HR Manager, Yashica, the entire Management is only there to scam people. They have a program known as Emaesters where promises are made to train individuals on certain verticals after charging an exorbitant amount and provide them with employment opportunities, but the promise is not kept at all. These people here are conmen. Please don't join here.

Dominance of North - South divide. No work life balance. The more you slog - the sorry salary you are paid. Pressure to open more and more slots. Was a demo trainer earlier and sad to say , did not get time even for my meals . The counsellors used to keep calling and ordering us around. From January i have not been paid , and no amount of mails affect them( I think they undergo training for being thick skinned!!!!!). Not received any work experience letter also. What a waste of my 4 years of online teaching !!!!

All the trainers are very good. The students are also fun and interactive to teach. There is no explicit goal targets.

Salary has not been credited since June. Pathetic management. No grievance redressal mechanism for employees. Giving lame excuses in name of salary disbursement.

...arn 30 to 40k per month...after we pay fees several evaluations are conducted...when you think that now we will earn our hard pay money back they will not pay you your salary...no one takes any responsibility...no response from the authorities....hopeless company
