I have worked in ufaber for 3 months they terminated me and told me that I will receive my salary and incentives but they didn't gave me my full salary and incentives we were 3 people joined on the same day they terminated us all they 1 person full salary and incentives but when I asked them the same they told that they don't have any police for incentive they are very good in make difference in people. Apart from this they don't even reply on mail and don't even answers the call they they keep people for 3 months and they terminated them only people who are attached with higher management they are can survive there the HR are good when you enter but after that they don't care about anybody it's been more than 2 months I am been trying to ask them but they are not even replying

They are not good at money they don't give salary and incentives on time

No work ethics no appreciation for your efforts and achievement, they do the fake commitments for appraisal and salary hike. No matter if you're a senior manager or Avp keep checking your email before leaving for work becouse giving you surprise termination email and if you haven't got then you've to be ready for such circumstances.

They have not created my 24 days salary and incentives.Its around 6 months still they have not cleared my f&f. Following on email from 24th July 2023. Manager ( Amit GORAIN) ,HR (Yashika Daryanani) Not responding to mails. Brand head UPSC pathshala (Himani Verma) Asking to don't disturb. They have Terminated my without any notice or Information. Not even given my Relieving Letter.

Nothing worst company My incentives worth 12k and 20k salary is pending they never gonna pay that.

They won't pay you your money, they pay only on 15 of the upcoming month and if you resign then forget about your money they will never pay .The HR Yashika is worst.The incentive your earn they never pay. The company works on deduction only. Real School is worst the parents who get enrolled keep complaining about the classes as Operations team is not their only .You need to work not only on sales but work as Customer service also.

Nothing Just spoil my career in this company From 2012 to Till present the company says it is startup company and just Raising fund nothing eles they will not pay for your work also Actually All should be mentioned in Dislike category But ther was limitation so I write all dislike in Like section because Ufaber is totally Dislike they don't have any Thing that should be writen in Like Section.

Everything that happens is Dislikes for me No work culture, No humanity, No Timely Salary, They are Devil 😈 😈 Don't Believe them the Will Fire 🔥 you at any Moment. I will pray to god that plz God Help to our Young generation so that they do not join this company and God Please Accept my Wish That this company should Close soon Some people are in Management Team they will come to know Power of Employee's
