No training no induction no explanation of exit policies. Salary cycle is from 1-18 of each month and salary date is 10th of every month but the salary date is not fixed finance team keep delaying as per their will and wish. No incentives are paid. Employees who wishes to undergo change they are not paid with their worked days salary. Company holds the earned salary and creates pressure for no pay exit. Good for people who wants same role and earning for lifetime. Not at all recommended for motivated passionate growth seekers. Join at your own risk keep in mind that the company will take all steps to grasp your hard earned money showing ridiculous clause and rules which have no place in laws of labour.

While doing this job, you can do ma y other things like you. An do classes a d all. A d most import thing that you can mange your time , spend to.e with your family or self improvement classes. Also if you want to grow your carrier in SQL server then after 1.5 or 2 years you can get Job as SQL developer easily. Its a on site Job then it teaches lot more thing and you can improve your self personally without any classes specially if you are shy kind of person then it would be really good place to improve .

A lot of things. First of all, training is not proper. They leave the newcomers on their own to learn. Secondly, very little to work upon our skills or talents not a suitable environment. Lastly, disparity between departments are also quite evident, which makes working culture unhealthy.

No proper training will be given then they will ask to do in site Implementation if you are living nearby to the customer location Even no proper support from team once you visit to client side. You need to solve the problem on your own basis.

Nothing waste and because of management we need to spoil in local areas. That's it. They are all sit in Mumbai or hydrabad.. branch manager or SPOC should suffer in their places their is no gud support from technical team and development team
